Wednesday's Weekly Walk
Featuring short, gentle walks from Blackman Park, Lane Cove West each Wednesday at 9.30am. Pram and wheelchair friendly. A meditation or guided contemplative session is included. Bookings essential.
Walk and Talk In groups of 25 or less
Extend your fitness, community and spirituality. These reflective walks of increasing length build towards Australian pilgrimage experiences. Training walks on Sundays. Invitations to longer walks are extended to this group.
Walk and Wonder In groups of 25 or less
Featuring local Lane Cove bush walks of approximately 1.5 hours, easy to moderate grade. We walk on the third Sunday afternoon of the month.
Our groups are intergenerational and multicultural. Many of our walkers are 50+ but younger adults and families join us are welcome. We enjoy discussion or a contemplative exercise over snacks mid-way.
Everyone is welcome and all people and their views are respected.
We meet to discuss chapters in depth each second Thursday of the month at 7.30pm. Our current book is 'The Inner Self. The joy of discovering who we really are' by Hugh Mackay.
Explore **Now On Zoom**
Small groups who help each other explore our spirituality and what it takes to be a Christian today. An open, confidential, non-judgemental environment in which to share what is relevant to our lives. A place where deeper relationships are formed. 'It feels like family'.

Some low key gatherings where you can just turn up and enjoy the company of others over food and beverages.
Meditation On Zoom or in person
Tuesdays at 4pm on Zoom. Thursdays at 11.30am in St. Columba's chapel (from 11/3/21). Sometimes in the local bush! Learn to live from the centre of your being in every situation by the practice of silence and stillness. Utilising Australian Christian Meditation Community resources plus some of our own.
It's free and flexible. The practice is a simple one, so join us any time and you will receive immediate instruction. There are no 'experts' - come and learn with us.
Reflective Activities and more
Retreats: We have enjoyed some wonderful retreats including reflective bush walking, exploring ancient spiritual practices, creative pursuits, and great food! We have hosted two One Day Retreats in the Blue Mountains with more to come.
