Lane Cove Community Chaplaincy
provides a compassionate presence to local people, assisting them to enjoy life to the full in body, mind and spirit.
The Chaplaincy serves the community by making and enhancing connections toward a sense of belonging.
We do this through group and one-to-one activities, events, courses and through the personal conversations we're privileged to share.

Our Lane Cove Community Chaplain,
Liam McKenna,
sustains the wide range of Chaplaincy activities including the care of participants.
The Lane Cove Chaplaincy team, which includes members of Lane Cove Uniting Church and leaders from the Chaplaincy activities support Liam as we lead together.
We recognise the Cammeraygal people, of the Eora Nation are the traditional owners of the land
on which we live, worship and minister, and we pay respect to their elders – past, present and emerging.
We recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters of Lane Cove and
we thank them for protecting this coastline and its ecosystems since time immemorial.
We also acknowledge our common human heritage, which has cradled us through our ancient past,
which embraces us now and which guides us into the future.
